Hi, my name is Joe and I'm a 29M professional based out of the NYC area. I'm originally from Long Island, NY, and have lived around different parts of NYC since 2018. I'm looking for my next roommate(s) for an apartment that would be ideally located in Jersey City/Hoboken, Astoria, or Manhattan.

About Me:
- I work mostly from home, with the occasional 1-2 days out of the office.
- I enjoy being active, watching & playing sports, attending live music & open mic shows, video games, exploring the city, and cooking.
- I'd consider myself an introverted extrovert - I value my own personal time & space, however I can also flip the switch and be quite social and outgoing.

What I'm looking for & living style:
- Open to 1 or 2 other roommates.
- Budget: ~$2000/mo for rent, however I'm quite flexible above and below this target
- I'm quite clean and would appreciate others who can maintain that in shared spaces (Kitchen, Bathroom, Living Room).
- I'd prefer those who are mindful of noise during the weekdays - I typically work from home and wake up/go to bed early. On weekends, I don't mind at all.
- I am open to hosting and gatherings whenever - I often like to cook for dinner nights, etc.
