Currently have a 2 bedroom in Chelsea and am looking for a roommate to fill one of the rooms. Great location, great price for the area ($1,975 for the room), and great neighbors as well.

I've done a whole bunch of traveling in my life, started a few businesses, and now I work remotely out of coworking spaces across the city running a company that does personal branding for high net worth individuals.

I get up early and cook once or twice a week. I can be extroverted and introverted tbh, would like to have a roommate situation where we can hangout on the weekends.
