I actually just got an apartment for two people at the 115 Stanwix building (it’s amazing) but my roommate won’t be able to join me anymore so I am looking for someone to join me in my fully furnished apartment (I can send pics or video).
The rent is $1700 a month :) and you would only have to pay half of the eletricity/wifi bill, and for your own bedroom furniture!
About me, I am a very outgoing person, but I also like my personal space (ambivert). I workout and paint, and I like to go out for dinner, bars, clubs. I also smoke weed, but we have a balcony! I have also been trying to explore the area and manhattan so I am down to do it together! I would love for someone to be a roommate and a friend.
