Hi! I'm from Orange County, CA and moving to Manhattan to work in finance. My current roommate is staying at home for the summer but I'd love to be in New York, so looking for another roomie or a long-term place to stay.
I'm pretty social and will be attending events around the city for work, but definitely will not bring the party home. I don't have too many preferences - I do like to keep a clean space (would be willing to split monthly cleaning service) and hope to be respectful of each other's quiet hours. Fully vaccinated and WFH until Fall 2021.
Ideal setup would be moving in June/July and living in a neighborhood near Flatiron in a place with laundry!
