Hi guys! I'm currently living in the East Village and my lease expires end of July! Looking to renew my lease here with two new roommates (3bd room/apt info posted below), but am very open to finding a new place in Manhattan too. If we find a new place, my budget is probably around $2000 or so! I graduated from Cornell last year and work in finance now. Would love someone who is down to explore the area, try new food spots, and go out with friends on the weekends.

East Village Apt with 2 rooms available!
Hi guys! I'm currently living in the East Village in a 3bd room with two roommates (that I met on Diggz last year) who are moving out at the end of July. I love the apartment and area, so looking to stay in the same spot if I find the right roommates (still open to other apartments if anyone wants to find a new place together too).
Rent is good for the area ~$1700 for each available room! One flight walk-up, all rooms have windows, rooms big enough for full/queen beds + desks + dressers, etc., and built-in closets. The neighbors in the building are great. On a cute street right in the middle of the East Village (9th St between 1st and 2nd Ave) about a 5-10 min walk to subways (L, 6, RW).

I moved into the city in July 2021 after graduating from Cornell University. I work in finance and go into the office ~4x a week, but not crazy hours. Looking for roommates that want to explore NYC together!
