Hi...I am a single guy, no kids. Very low key but also comfortable being social with roommates, depending on their preference. I can keep to myself or hang out depending on the situation. Have a wide range of interests (sports, politics, books, literature, movies, music, art, theater etc). Also love to cook and eat (I do cook a lot at home - happy to collaborate on meals or do things separately, whatever works). Try to live a healthy lifestyle, being a bit older now my party days are behind me so I keep it very chill, especially at home. I am a bit of a night owl, but can remain very quiet/in my room at night (though I do like to shower at night before bed). I do have a small dog (20 pounds, 12 yo), dachschund mix, who is older and pretty much just hangs with me. Also I am self-employed...my work involves a lot of reading and writing, all of which I can do very quietly and in my room if necessary. I do sometimes have phone calls and zoom meetings etc, which involve talking but again can be done in my room.

I value low-drama roommate situations and definitely strive to hold up my end of that bargain. That said, I am open to all kinds of people and situations. It's all about finding that right fit.
