Adorable Apartment One Block From 1,2,3 and A,C,E and Central Park

My boyfriend and I are looking for a clean and considerate roommate to fill the second bedroom in our Upper West Side apartment. This 2 bed, 1 bath apartment is on the 6th floor of an awesome building overlooking 72nd Street and Columbus Ave. The bedroom itself has plenty of space for a full or queen bed and a dresser and/or desk. You’ll have a closet to yourself in the hallway. There is a AC unit in your bedroom. The building has a 24/7 doorman, washer and dryers in the basement, and multiple elevators. Only one block from the 1, 2, 3 and A, C, E subway lines as well as a block from Trader Joe’s, Central Park, and a ton of restaurants and gyms. All utilities (WiFi, water, electricity) are included in rent. Living room and kitchen are furnished. We both work 9-6 on the weekdays and enjoy hanging out at home, drinking beer, and cooking.
