The apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet street in Crown Heights 6 or 7 mins walk to A/C train on Nostrand and about 15 mins walk to 2, 3, 4, 5 trains on Nostrand.
The room is extremely big with a huge closet. It's 220 square feet. It's as big as a studio apartment. The living room is also quite spacious with a sweet fireplace. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen and washer/dryer in the basement.
About myself: I'm in my late 20s. I'm sociable, easy going, nice (people say ^_^ ), busy, very clean, music and Arts lover who needs her private quiet times as well. I work in the city full-time.
About you: Nice, sociable, easy going, very clean, not noisy. Hopefully you have a full-time job or you go to school.
