Rent is 1250 a month, with FREE in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, spacious living room + kitchen, balcony access, backyard, and a great safe, quiet neighborhood right next to Golden Gate Park and lots of great restaurants like Uncle Boys and Cinderella's!

Room available in the inner Richmond district beginning mid-January in my 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment! My two roommates and I are all female, early 20s, current and former USF students. Rent is 1250 a month, with FREE in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, balcony access, a backyard, a spacious living room + kitchen, good size rooms, and an amazing location. Super safe and quiet neighborhood right next to Golden Gate Park and a block away from Safeway which makes grocery shopping super convenient!! Female or nonbinary roommates are preferred but we are open! We are looking for someone to sign a six-month - year-long lease. We have lived here for the past two years and it has been an amazing experience! We are a fun group of friends!
