Looking for one mid 20s-early 30s roommate to join me, Bridget, (and my sweet 2 y/o husky/cattle dog mix dog!) for a one-year lease in an incredible 3 bed/1 bath spot in Duboce Triangle as my current roommates move in with friends! The unit was previously used as a 4 bed, but we found that the 4th bedroom would be better used as a den/office space/extra storage, so I’m only looking to fill the 2 larger rooms!

Start date: As soon as Dec 15th - Jan 1st (one year lease)

Rent: $1800/room + utilities

Deposit: $1800

Parking: Street parking is pretty easy and available with area S permit
Location: 1-2 blocks from every Muni line and right off the 22 (Perfect for working downtown!!), two blocks from Safeway/three from Whole Foods, one block from Duboce Park and walking distance to Lower Haight, The Mission, and The Castro! Walk Score: 99 & Bike Score: 94 (Right off the wiggle!!)

* 3rd floor of a triplex in a quiet neighborhood right near duboce park!
* Unit has recently updated appliances, Washer/Dryer in unit, and tons of storage space throughout the unit
* Shared outdoor patio in the backyard - perfect for a little summer garden, outside co-working, or small dinner parties!
* We have a locked basement with a HUGE amount of storage! Perfect for bikes, extra furniture, etc!!
* The bedroom is large enough for a queen bed, dresser, and desk/WFH set up, as well as has the largest closet space in the apartment with tons of natural light
* Den has space for a separate WFH space, closet overflow, home gym etc.
* Room will come unfurnished, but common spaces will be mostly furnished (and open to negotiation/moving things around!)

Brianna: 26 yo former Minnesotan (Skol Vikes!). Works from home in Ecommerce for a retail company. Loves to knit, play rec sports, travel, go to the gym, have movie nights (AMC A-List anyone?), and spend time at the park with her dog! Clean, organized, and communicative about chores and boundaries! Loves to spend time with friends, but am not one to bring the party home!

Bridget: 28 yo SF native. Works in a hospital 5 days a week as speech therapist. Enjoys cooking, spending time outside (walking, hiking, running, picnicking) and British TV shows. Loves to unwind with a glass of wine and host dinner parties! Enjoys a clean home, good boundaries, and doesn’t bring the party home.
