2 late 20’s gals searching for a great roommate to add onto our search for a 3-bedroom apartment to make a home. Here are the details. Reach out if you’re interested!

Neighborhoods: Ideally NOPA, Inner Richmond, Haight, Hayes Valley, but open to others in a similar area. (Must be somewhere that parking is relatively straight forward)

Budget: $1,600(ish)

Timing: Flexible but aiming to have something locked in by 12/1

About your really great potential roommates:

O (she/her): 29 and recently started a graduate program at USF, so is moving down to the city to be closer to school and enjoy all San Francisco has to offer. In addition to school, she work for a non-profit that deals with sustainability in the wine industry that is based out of SF, but everyone has been remote since the beginning of the pandemic. O has to travel within California occasionally for work but would mostly be working from home. In her free time, she likes to cook, see live music, travel, hike, try new restaurants, go to Giants games, and host friends for dinner parties.

C (she/her): 29 from and currently based on the east coast. Moving to SF because why not?! Works as a remote non-profit consultant with specific expertise in economic mobility for people who have been incarcerated. Travels about once a month for work for about 2-3 nights. Loves all things outdoors, hiking, Pilates, traveling, shopping & buying locally, scoping out the best places to get pastries, coffees, dinners, and drinks, spending time with friends and hosting very cute dinners.

Who You Are: Mid-late twenties or early 30s Must be communicative, clean and respectful, and nice to be around! Maybe you even want to hang out with us sometimes and build community together. Must be OK with living with a fluffy cat named Carl. No other pets at this time.
