I’m a 26 year-old software engineer with my 24 year-old girlfriend looking for a third person (male or female is fine) to rent out a 2 bed 2 bath unit in either San Mateo or Belmont to be closer to my girlfriend’s work. We would ideally like the apartment to be within walking distance to a caltrain station (0.7 miles or less walking distance) as my girlfriend uses the caltrain to get to work. We also require the apartment to have dedicated parking for a car, as I will use a car to drive to my work. However, we are open to locations farther from a caltrain station as well as living in other cities if our current requirements are not entirely do-able. My girlfriend and I would share one bedroom. We would like only one person to occupy the other bedroom, no more than one person.
