THE HOUSE - is located in East Petaluma off Adobe Road. 3000 sq foot, 5br, 3bth massive MODERN ranch house. Plenty of space and onsite parking. We are looking for 2 more people to complete (a total of 4 people), so we won’t be crowded
THE ROOM - We have 2 room options available, both options share the main bathroom
A) 14x12 room - Double wardrobe and you’d have your own office nook by the 2nd dining room in front of the kitchen.
or
B) 2 x 10x12 rooms - which you could use as a bedroom + office space
THE HOUSEMATES - There are currently two of us and we are both 39 years old
Jess - I run a B2B sales and marketing company. I work from home 9 - 5, I live very clean and healthy, I don't smoke, party or drink. On the weekends I chill with friends, go to church, travel or explore beautiful California. I also plan on bringing my dog down from Bali in Feb next year.
Christian - Owns his own home remodelling residential construction company and likes to stay fit and active too. He’s out of the house by 6 a.m. most days, can work up to 9 - 11 hours a day offsite and likes to spend his weekends working on his caravan or socialising.
IDEAL HOUSEMATE - We are looking for a f/time working professional with similar household and lifestyle values. Someone who is clean neat, tidy, respectful, and has a stable income. We’d love to hang out and socialise here and there, but ideally, you’ve got your own life and interests. Zero drama, no smoking or drugs. Open to a well-behaved/ trained dog if you have pets.
The house is available from the 14th of November. Shared expenses 12-month commitment.
