Master private bedroom in a spacious 2B1B apartment

I'm subletting a spacious master bedroom in a 2B apartment.
There are two friendly graduate students (USF) living in the other room. One shared bathroom, a spacious living room with an open well furnished kitchen. The room has currently my furniture ,but I'll take it with me when moving out so it will be unfurnished. The bed itself can be negotiated (I bought it brand new.) There is a
microwave ,stove, sofa in the apartment. It is in a quiet and safe area, 20 mins by bus from USF Main Campus. Coin laundry is outside, 5 mins away on foot. Lots of Vietnamese, Chinese, Mexican American food places around .The move in date can be at the beginning of January. Current leasing contract ends in August 2024. The apartment has an anti-burglar alarm system.
The landlord is polite and understanding, very helpful . I have for a video of the apartment which I may share if you are interested in moving in. DM for any other details .
