I'm temporarily moving in with a family member to help care for them due to health issues, so I won't be living at the rental property day to day.

I'll only visit to handle pool and property maintenance, and I won't stay overnight. I'll always communicate with you in advance before coming by for maintenance.

I'll keep my personal belongings in one small, locked bedroom. You're also welcome to install a lock on your own bedroom door for added privacy.

I'm looking for two roommates total: one for the master bedroom and one for the 10' x 10' bedroom. Each bedroom comes with its own private bathroom, so you won't have to share a bathroom with another roommate.

Both bedrooms are unfurnished, as is most of the house, giving you the freedom to furnish and decorate your space to make it feel like home.

I'm looking for respectful, responsible roommates who will treat the property as their home and help keep the shared spaces in good condition.

I’m looking to rent out two rooms while I temporarily move in with a family member to help with their healthcare needs over the next 6–12 months.
