I have 2 cats that will be exclusively in my room, so no dealing with litter or their claws for you. I like to listen to music and llay games, however im not loud about either of those things. I don't have people over often at all. I work consistent schedules with my job, sometimes I leave early but I make sure to keep quiet. I'm very easy to work with and communicate with so any concerns you have I can help work out. I keep clean, especially in the common areas and will honestly hardly be out there anyway. Roommate moving, need new roommate.

My roommate is moving out to help her grandparents and I need a new roommate. The bedroom is decent size, can fit a queen bed, desk, and dresser fine with leftover room. There is a good size closet but not walk in. There is your own bathroom attached to the bedroom and theres also a door to the common area. There is a washer, dryer, and dishwasher in the unit as well as plenty of cabinet space and an electric oven. I have very little furniture in the common area, but there is a bar where things can go as well as an entertainment stand, TV, a few shelves, and a couch.
