I’m super easy going. I do clean up after myself, and I’ll clean up after my roommate as well. I’m not really someone who’s going to ask you to do anything like that. I currently work 3 days a week in the office (2 half days one full), the rest I work from home. I enjoy:

Golfing (we can play free in the evenings)
Fishing
Video Games (you’re welcome to using the PS5, NS2, and all the subscriptions)
NFL-NBA fan
Pet friendly (the golf course turns into a free to use dog park in the evenings)

I do have a lot of PTO to use for the end of the year so I’ll have some extra off time coming up. The only smoking I do is the vape pen outside. I drink on extremely rare occasions and when I do it’s just a beer or two. I am overweight if that’s something you’re uncomfortable with being around (working on it though). I’m using the guest bathroom so I keep it clean. I do give the dog baths in it.

Looking for new roommate

Offering the master bedroom. I’ve had the same roommate for four years now but he’s going to be moving in soon with his girlfriend to take their relationship to the next phase in their lives. Because of this we’re looking for someone to take his spot on the lease through April (and looking for someone who hopefully wants to be a long term roommate with me after). The owner has given me roughly a 10 year stay going forward. I do have a 15 year old dog at the moment. She’s 10 pounds and very friendly to all.
