I got the amazing news of being accepted into the Columbia University of General Studies for non-traditional students. My fiancé and I would be moving from Dallas, TX before the beginning of the new year.

I am 28 and my fiancé is 26, we're both working professionals and business owners. We own a real estate investment firm based out of San Antonio, TX and we do have a 70lb Bernese Mountain Dog. His name is Peluche and he's very well trained, and the absolute sweetest dog- his breed is amongst the friendliest, well behaved, and loving around.

We own a property in Dallas, TX which we're keeping as a rental. Since we have tenants, we do also understand what it means to be great tenants. Side note: I am extremely handy, so if there are any small maintenance issues with the apartment I most likely can fix it.
