Hey Potential Roommate,

My name is Nathan, though most call me Nate. I am moving to NYC this winter after cooking on Nantucket for most of 2022. I have been in restaurants the past decade and in fine-dining for the past 5 years.

I will be at work during most nights so we probably won't see each other much. I am pretty good about sweeping and not being a total mess, though there are days I like to relax a bit more. I don't have any pets but wouldn't mind if you did.

I like trying new restaurants but mostly cook at home. I have no problem making more of whatever I plan to eat if you'd like some as well. Just help with the grocery bill :)
