$950 Room INCLUDING utilities in a 3BR apt located in Bed-Stuy Brooklyn

Hi everyone! I’m moving soon and would like to find someone to rent my room! It’s $950/m INCLUDING utilities in a 3BR basement apartment in Bed-Stuy Brooklyn, a few blocks away from the J train and a 10 min walk from the M train. There’s no additional fees, but you must sign a month to month lease and be able to send in a credit report with 2 recent paystubs. Guarantors are also encouraged!

The two roommates are both females in their mid-late 20’s and are looking for another female. Hoping for a January 1st move in, however that is a flexible date and can be available sooner (or later) than January 1st.
Roommates are super cool and laid back, just preferably no pets as one of them does have a cat!
