Looking to move to Brooklyn after growing up and spending much of my career in upstate New York! I went to school at Colorado State University, focusing on outdoor education and environmental science, all while knowing that one day I'd want to open my own restaurant. After graduating in 2019, I've ventured around from Northern Michigan, to Maine, New York and back again--working in restaurants, learning about food and wine, taking summers to be a backpacking guide along the Appalachian trail and into the mountains of Colorado's front range.

Finally looking to spend more time in the city after being down here for a couple months working at a pop up for a business I helped start upstate. Something about it just made me feel like this could be home.

I'm clean, quiet, and love to cook. On my off days you'll find me out on some ridiculous bike ride, consulting maps for my next hiking excursion, or watercoloring. I love to read, laugh, listen to music and be outside. Looking forward to this new adventure!
