Available Room for Rent

Furnished Studio all utilities included

My mobile home has an attached small fully furnished studio around 250 square feet which has a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. It also has a private entrance and the laundry room in the yard.

I am looking for a roommate/guest for my studio. Long term is better, although I will consider at least 3 month situation.
1）I expect my guest neat and quiet. non-smoker, no drug, no pet. He/She should wear indoor slippers/shoes when she/he stays in the studio, no outdoor shoes can step inside.
2）I also expect my guest to pay rent on time.
3) My guest should be able to provide a valid ID such as a driver license and a social security card, previous 5 year residential history, prefer to provide a credit score.
4) Security deposit is one month rent.

The rent $1600 includes all the utilities: gas, electricity and internet. Private laundry washer/dryer in the yard. Visitor parking or carport parking, community facility usage such as green belt area, club house, swimming pool, spa and sauna etc. Very hard to find a rental deal in zip code 92111 or surrounding area.

I hope my guest will benefit from living in my studio and we respect each other's privacy.
