ABOUT THE UNIT:
I live in a gorgeous 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom top-floor unit in Mission Valley’s Civita neighborhood. Here’s what you can look forward to:
- Amenities: Pools, gym access, interior entry, elevators, and a parking garage.
- Privacy: Our rooms are on opposite sides of the unit, perfect for maintaining personal space. Your room does not share walls with another unit!
- Neighborhood: Safe, quiet, and walkable with frequent food trucks and a farmer’s market every Saturday.
- Convenience: Shopping and Starbucks are just a quick 10-minute walk across the street!
Your share of the rent will be approximately $1700 per month (total rent is $3800), with bills split 50/50. The move-in date is ASAP—my previous roommate only gave me a week’s notice before she left, so I need someone fast!!
