Your room can be furnished or unfurnished (bed, sheets, towels, living room furniture, kitchenware, etc. can be provided but feel free to bring your own!). There is street parking on Genesee and Mt. Alifan Drive. The unit is ~20 steps away from the laundry room and even closer to the pool.

Sign-on to a 12 month lease is preferrable, but I am willing to discuss a month to month arrangement if 12 month isn't possible.
