Hi! I just graduated from Penn State Law and started a job in the city as a public defender. I'm from the west coast originally but have loved being on the east coast and am excited to live in NYC. I'm very easy-going and love nights out as well as nights in. I like to keep common spaces clean-ish but am not overly picky about it or anything! I enjoy socializing with friends but am also a little more on the introverted side so enjoy time to myself as well. I have a very sweet black lab who is a rescue, but she is good with cats, other dogs, and people (just takes a sec to warm up). I've lived with roommates who are friends as well as people who I'm not super close with who I just lived really well with, so open to either. The place I found is $3100, so rent would be $1550 per person + utilities. Other pets would also be welcome because my dog would love to have a buddy :)

I just secured an apartment on the ground floor of a lovely three-story building. It has an old charm feeling but comes with great amenities like a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and backyard.
