Emma V - $1,500/month

Hello! My name is Emma and I've lived in NYC for 3 years. I've lived by myself in a tiny studio, and the rent has increased to the point where I have to move out. I'll need some time to readjust to living with roommates but I'm able to adapt quickly. I am a little messy, but I keep my mess contained in my own space and not others! I only drink socially and I'm not a smoker.

After grad school at NYU, I got a professional 8-5 which requires me to be in-office so I'd be out most of the weekday. I'd love to stay on the UWS, but I'm flexible as long as I'm near my normal train lines which are the 123 and AB. I'm also a little flexible with my budget but I'm not willing to pay more than $1700. I'm active in the arts and would love to live with others who have the same passions as myself!
