Hello! I am looking for a roommate to find and sign a lease on an apartment, preferably close to either Grand Central or Harlem 125th Street on Manhattan. My preferred move date would be early December 2024, but am happy to search with someone who has to do earlier or later. My max budget is 1650, and ideally I would like to rent a three bedroom with one other person for the extra space. With that in mind, I would be open to rooming with those who need to be close to Columbia University in Harlem. Not opposed to upper east side though and mainly want something close to the green subway line.

I am film production professional by trade, but am very quiet and respectful of my roommates, though I do enjoy the occasional party and get together. I like to keep things organized and clean, but am not overly a stickler for it.
