I have lived in Williamsburg for just over a year now, and my previous roommate is moving out to live with his boyfriend. The apartment has a very large and sunny living room and kitchen, with an area where bikes can be stored inside the apartment. The bathroom has a brand-new shower. The bedroom easily fits a full sized bed and has ample closet space.

I work weekdays, am typically out and about 3 or 4 nights a week and weekends. Ideal roommate is someone clean and easy going. Open minded and easy going. Sublet terms are somewhat flexible, but best case would be someone who is looking to stay through the end of the lease (Sept 1st).
