Hey, I’m Brendan! I’m a 27 year old male moving from NH to NYC. I’m an easy-going, sarcastic and fairly social person. I love board games (gimme some Catan!), sports, hanging with friends and going out. I’m open to roommates who would have friends over to drink/hang, but not 24/7 - I have a job now!

I’m looking to live In Manhattan but I don’t have a preferred neighborhood. My maximum budget is $1400/month, but would prefer to find a place around $1200. I’m also open to 1-3 roommates! I will be working remotely for the foreseeable future and will need a relatively quite apartment from 8-5 during the weekdays.
