Hi, I’m looking for a roommate to occupy a second room in a newly built building and it’s a large two bedroom apartment. The apartment has large windows, a separate living room and large kitchen with washer/dryer in the unit. It’s located in a a beautiful quiet neighborhood, with tree lined streets. The Q train gets you to midtown in 35 to 40 minutes, plus it’s close to Prospect Park and a short commute to the beach. Oh and did I mention the apartment has a rooftop deck and gym. Target move in date is 6/1. The lease requires both occupants to sign the lease with me as soon as possible.
