I have a private bedroom available in a lovely 2BED/1BATH apartment located in the heart of Astoria, Queens. It’s a wonderful neighborhood filled with restaurants, bars, cafes, and parks - I’ve lived here for about three years and absolutely love it!

RENT: $1290/per month (all utilities included)
MOVE-IN DATE: July 1st
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: Roughly 15 minutes to manhattan
**5 min walk to N/W @ Broadway
**10 min walk to R/M @ Steinway

ABOUT ME: I am an outgoing performing artist who enjoys maintaining a clean and welcoming living environment. Morning coffee brings me SO much joy, as well as happy hours, strolls outside, farmers markets, and time spent with family & friends. I have an active lifestyle and find comfort with my daily routine amidst the unpredictable artistic industry. My schedule varies from week to week - in the mornings I’m either in the city working as a private trainer or at the apartment prepping sessions, and in the afternoon I’m often at the apartment filming self-tapes or training.

ABOUT YOU: Looking for someone who typically works onsite and not remote, and who generally enjoys an “early to bed early to rise” sleep schedule - someone who is respectful, easy to live with, and enjoys a peaceful home base 😌
