Hi! I am a student at NYU looking for a room and roommate to share an apartment with, preferably furnished and close to my school. I selected month-to-month but I would like to find an apartment and maybe start a longer lease as I still have a year left in college.
I am staying in Manhattan right now but my lease finishes in August, so I'm looking for other roommates as my current ones are leaving!!
Some things that I like to do are playing golf and soccer as well as going out with my friends.
I like cooking and staying home every once in a while. I'm quite easy to live with, but I hope I can find someone that is conscious about cleaning their stuff or at least having a nice common area as my roommates now are kind of messy.

I am subletting my furnished room in a beautiful 3-bedroom apartment in SoHo from June 1st - September 31st (flexible dates to move in and move out). Available to take over the lease after that if you want.!!
Near the N-Q-R-W, J-Z, and B-D-F-M trains and a 10-minute commute to NYU and The New School. It is also 20 minutes away from Pace University. The apartment is located in Mulberry Street, with Little Italy, SoHo, Chinatown all 2 minutes away.
One of my roommates is a current graduate student and the other is working full time, both very chill and easy to live with. Our apartment has a big living room with different dining tables and a big shared bathroom. There is also a fire escape right outside your window for some fresh air during the summer.
The room comes with an AC unit, bed, desk, and chair, two sets of drawers in the wall as well as a movable set of drawers that you can move around the room. You will also have a place to hang your clothes with quite a lot of room.
Single bed (bed frame broke so I am waiting for a new one to come) but the room can fit up to a king-size bed if you need it.
The area has tons of shops, restaurants, and a very convenient wash/fold laundry nearby. (very cheap)
