Move-in date: Anytime after Feb 1st 2021.
On move-in, must pay: first month's rent, and security deposit ($900)

Who I am:
- full time editor / writer
- non smoker / non drinker
- living in this apt more than 7 years
- loving cats and dogs but don't have any
