Hello! I’m a 37 year old gay male looking for a roommate. I’m in the bronx (by Yankee stadium on Sheridan Ave) and I’m looking for a mature and gay friendly male to be my roommate. I will be taking the living room as my bedroom and the large master bedroom will be reserved for whoever is my new roommate. It’s a king sized bedroom with two large closets. The bedroom has large windows and gets a lot of natural light. The apartment has a separate full kitchen with a dining area and a full bathroom. The rent is $950 per month plus half of utilities (electric and internet). I have a cat (he’s very friendly). I work full time and I’m a student so I will be pretty busy 7 days a week.
