Available room for rent in the Upper East Side!! Great location! Short 12 min walk to the Q subway and Carl Schurz Park is also nearby. Must be willing to commit to a 1 year lease starting Oct 1st.
About the room:
-1 bedroom up for grabs in a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom apartment. Can easily fit a full size bed, a night stand, dresser and has its own closet.
-Also has a nice small window overlooking fire escape.
-You would be sharing the bathroom with 1 other roommate, my other roommate and I would have our own bathrooms in our rooms.
The apartment:
-Small studio kitchen but features all appliances including a dishwasher and oven.
-Shared open living room and kitchen.
-Washer and dryer in the basement.
-Elevator and stair access.
-Part time doormen.
Your roommates:
2 rooms are currently up for grabs. My current roommate and I are renewing for sure and are looking to find 2 like minded girls to add to the lease! We're both female, working professionals. I usually work late hours 10-8 pm in Fashion and run to class pass after. On weekends I'm usually out and running around.
