Ciara M - $1,000/month

Hi, I'm Ciara! (Keer-rah) I'm originally from Ohio but moved to Ireland in 2017 for college. I'm in my final year and plan on working all summer to save up for the big move. I will most likely move to NYC in Fall 2021.

My monthly budget is $800-1,000. I would prefer to live in or around Midtown, Midtown East, Midtown West, Upper East Side or Upper West Side. I'd like to have 1 or 2 other roommates who I can view as friends! I'm pretty easy going and social, but also need alone time. I love to bake, so you can expect different treats from time to time that are up for anyone to grab! I spend a lot of my down time watching TV, YouTube or Tiktok. I'm pretty crafty and also very passionate about living a environmentally friendly lifestyle. I love animals and have no problem whatsoever with my roommates having pets.

I want to be able to occasionally host social gatherings at my place and will always notify the other housemates out of respect, as I hope they would do the same. Obviously we don't have to be best friends as roommates, but a girl can dream!! (Lol be my friend)

I like to keep the common living spaces clean and am very good at doing my share of the cleaning. I'd like to live in an all female apartment. May also include that I am a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community :)
