Roommate wanted

Seeking a fun roommate for a 750 sq. ft. Flex 2 bedroom with a full kitchen (w/dishwasher), living room, and lots of closet space in a luxury doorman building. Lease will begin October 29th. My current roommate wants to strike out on her own and I'm trying to fill her bedroom. Room is big enough for a queen bed, desk, arm chair and more. Comes with a beautiful view of Jersey city, brookfield's yacht harbor and one world trade center. Close to 1/2/3, N/Q/R, 4/5/6. Nearby newly opened Brookfield place and Westfield mall which houses some major mainstream/luxury retails stores and places to eat such as Le district, Hudson eats, Eatly etc.

About me: I'm a 29-year-old female professional working in biotech. My hours are pretty much 9-5 with a few late nights. Love to hang out with friends outside the apartment and never bring the party home. Loves to keep the home space quiet during the week. I'm friendly, relaxed, and respectful of others. I'd love to be cool with my roommate as long as we can both respect each other and live in a comfortable, clean and calming environment.

You: Ideally late 20s to early 30s busy working professional. Really would like to have someone that is respectful and mature enough to keep a roommate situation as a peaceful living space. Someone who is very clean and will not bring the party home.
