HUGE room is available in a 3bdrm apartment on Manhattan Ave!
It’s like a private studio apartment or tiny house, complete with your own personal private entrance. It’s spacious, approximately 250 ft² (25x10), with tons of natural light. There’s a separate sleeping area with all the closet storage you could dream of, and a large living/working area (perfect for working from home!)

There’s a bus stop right outside the door, it’s steps from the Greenpoint G on India Street and it’s also a short walk to the water ferry.
Kitchen, bathroom, and living room are shared with other two roommates. The room is unfurnished (besides an optional couch, TV, mini fridge, and desk).

The room is available June 1st (or possibly sooner). First month's rent and security deposit are required for move-in ($1250+$1250).
Roommates: Two professionals in their mid-30's, (filmmaker and electrician). Friendly, quiet, and chill. We are hoping to add someone with similar qualities and maintain a friendly and inclusive environment 🙂
