My name is TJ. I've been running a sales outsourcing/freelance business for the past year and just got a full time tech sales job. I have good credit and reliable sources of income. I'm a big music fan (sometimes compose my own) and I also enjoy video games and movies. I'm looking for a roommate that is willing to socialize with me although I also have my own friends so not all the time. I like to keep things clean and I do my part around the house to pick up after myself and keep things tidy though not in any obsessive way.

I have a cat named Buddy who is super affectionate toward humans but not other animals. I also have a son and though he does not live with me full time, I do have overnight visitation and he will come to stay from time to time. I smoke weed sometimes after work and on the weekends. I have some furniture that I can bring along or sell depending on what you have. I also have a nice big TV we can put in the living room to play games and watch movies on.

I'd like to get a pretty decently sized room for myself that can fit a full bed and a long desk and office chair. I will be working remotely at least for the next few months. I'd like to keep my expenses low so ideally would not want to spend more than $1000 for a room, but would splurge a little bit more for the right spot.
