A short bio:


I’m originally from LA and moved to NYC earlier this year to work at a hardware startup after doing a 8 year stint in the Bay Area. I like to keep a good balance between taking care of my stuff and socializing to give my wallet (and liver) a break. I’m a huge sports fan so I make it a point to go to sporting events or go out to a bar/friend’s place to catch games. My music taste is usually heavy on the hip-hop/r&b, reggaeton, and deep house with a nice mix of other genres.



About me as a roommate:


I’m happiest living somewhere that feels like home so i prefer keeping a tidy place, cleaning the bathroom regularly, and most importantly getting along with whoever I live with as a friend rather than just a roommate. I always make it a point to act how I want to be treated, regardless of the person. I’m really easygoing, easy to approach about almost anything, and prioritize respecting those who I live with to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable. If you want your personal space, I’ll happily respect that. But if you also want to hangout and chill, I’m about that as well. I respect the noise level during the morning and later at night, always clean up after myself, respect other’s property if I were to use it, etc. My girlfriend is completing her Masters at Columbia, so she would be visiting me from time to time (she’s super laid back and respectful as well). Depending on what’s going on at work, I’ll work from the office in DUMBO a few days per week and the rest I would spend working at home. I’m pretty cool about letting my roommates use my room while I’m out (I like to travel or will occasionally go on a business trip in Asia), obviously given it’s not left a huge mess when I’m back. I also have a Peloton that I may bring over that is open to use. Overall, I’m about good vibes and like to have a good living environment and use common sense when it comes to living with those around me to make sure everyone is getting along well.
