Im looking for a reliable, easy-going roommate to move into my spare bedroom on Feb 1st.
I've just moved to a beautiful newish building in Crown Heights about a month ago. It's a 1000+sq ft two bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a private outdoor space, built in 2015, it has charming amenities; like a full gym, and a washer/dryer in the unit, and it looks like an Airbnb from the future in space! If that's enticing, this may be the place for you. I'm an NYC actor, and it's a little slow right now, so I'm looking for someone to share costs with for a 12 month lease.
