Hi! My name is Seif. I’ll be moving from Durham, NC to Chicago this summer (July/August — flexible on the move-in date) and I’m looking for a housemate to share an apartment with.

I’m mainly interested in Logan Square and Wicker Park, but also open to Lincoln Park area. I’d love to find someone easygoing (ideally mid twenties and above) who’s down to create a cozy, artsy space together. I’m pretty outgoing and enjoy hosting dinners and small gatherings at home, so it would be great to live with someone who’s similar and enjoys mixing social circles!

420-friendly, but no smoking indoors. Ideally looking for a larger apartment (1000sqft+) with in-unit laundry. My max budget is $1600 for my share.

A little about me: I’ll be 27 in May and work in healthcare (medical physics). I’m originally from Egypt and have been living in the U.S. for the past 8 years. I’ll be traveling outside Chicago about two weeks each month for work and working from home the other two weeks. In my free time, I enjoy playing soccer, working out, dancing salsa, and cooking.
