The Space:

You will be taking Bedroom 1 on the floor plan. This is a private, isolated corner room with an en suite, tucked away from the common areas, offering maximum quiet and privacy.

Common Areas & Living:

The apartment is fully furnished (Living Room and Kitchen). Because most common areas are already curated and complete, no additional furniture is allowed for shared spaces.

You only need to bring furniture for your private bedroom!

Kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar.

Large open deck for summer lounging!

The Details:

Rent: $1,450/month.

Utilities: Gas, Electric, Internet are split 50/50 monthly.

Move-in Date: June 1st.

Pets: I have one cat (No additional pets at this time, thank you)

Vibe: Busy professional. I value a clean, respectful, and relatively quiet home base during the weekdays
