Hi everyone! My roommate and I are looking for someone to take over the room of our third roommate who is moving out in May but it's a June 1st lease! The apartment spans two floors (the 3rd and 4th floors of the building), and each floor has its own balcony with an amazing view of the city.

It is located in Lincoln Park and is a 10 min walk to the park and 10 min walk to the brown/purple line. There are also a variety of buses close to us as well!

The available room is located on the 4th floor, which also includes the living room, a hall closet, and in-unit laundry. The bedroom itself is very spacious and comes with its own private bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower, as well as a walk-in closet and great natural light.

Rent for the room is $1,650 per month.

A little about us — I work fully remote in marketing, and my roommate is a teacher. We both graduated from Elon University in 2024 and enjoy exploring the city, music/concerts, getting outside when the weather is good. We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and respectful, and who would be a good fit for a friendly and comfortable living environment.
