I am a professional male aged 36 looking for a room. I am available to move as early as 06/01/2024 but can wait a bit longer if needed. I like to keep clean and tidy. I like to keep busy and in my free time, I enjoy a book or a movie. I have been living in NYC for 8 years now. I work as a restaurant manager but I am also a performing artist and I am part of a theater company in the city. I am very big on communication with roommates to avoid any drama. I have a 5 year old daughter that I would like to have over a couple days a week. She is as laid back as I am and easy going. Like I said, communication is important to me and I would like to make sure if there are any concerns they are always voiced.
