1 medium bedroom (11 x 10) and additional small office (6 x 11 and has closet space) available June 1st in the heart of Ditmars Astoria. On a quiet dead end street, located 4 minutes from the subway, dozens of bars and restaurants, 10 minute walk to Astoria Park. 2nd story row house, great landlords, respectful downstairs neighbors. We will split cable (around $80) and electricity (Varies, usually around $120). Landlord doesn't allow any pets, aside from fish.

Big bright kitchen (in the past few years the land lord installed a new fridge, full sized oven, and sink), comfortable sized living room, nice bathroom, well cared for space. Large closet in the hallway to share (also large mirrors), and additional closet outside bathroom for towels and such.
Also, backyard use. I have two grills back there and lock up my bike. Also, there's a bit of storage available in the basement. (Air conditioning, etc)

Something worth mentioning is that my landlord hasn't raised the rent since 2016 or something, so it may happen. When they did raise it in the past it was just $100, so hopefully it would be somewhere in that range.
