I am looking for a month to month, 3 month or 6 month lease as I am likely moving out of the state in March/April.

I like to spend weekends going out with friends in the city but I also enjoy spending time outdoors fishing, hiking and camping. I have a car in Jersey City that I regularly take to the Jersey Shore or upstate NY. I also enjoy watching sports and playing soccer, pickleball and basketball.

I work from home and will be in the apartment working from 8-5:30 Monday through Friday but will probably not be in the apartment much on the weekends. I am a clean and respectful roommate.
