Looking for a 1-year lease but also open to shorter term rentals. Move-in date September 1st.

I’ll be moving to NYC from Arizona in late June/early July for a summer teaching job. I will be staying longer term for a postdoc fellowship in Mathematics.

I love pets (but don’t have my own), physical activity (I regularly play or have played in the past racketball, tennis, soccer, ping pong, walking, running, going on casual bike rides). I also love darts, pool, and bowling. I like to socialize and be around people, although I’m also on the quieter side (most of the time). I like to cook so I will cook most days.

I grew up in a bicultural environment, living and studying on both sides of the Arizona/Sonora border. Besides the US and Mexico I’ve also lived in Brazil (falo português, sim!), Poland, and Germany. Oh, and I love to travel too! Especially the slow kind of travel for longer time periods whenever possible.
