Seeking roommate for UES apartment!
Hi! I’m looking for a roommate in my 2bd/1ba apartment on the UES starting in early October. The apartment is on 81st and 3rd, so it’s near both the Q and the 4/5/6 (and Central Park, and a lot of restaurants/bars, it’s kinda a fun neighborhood!).
The apartment is a third floor walkup with a dishwasher and a lot of light. There’s no washer/dryer but there’s a laundromat around the corner. The photos are from the listing - I haven’t moved in yet either! The price for the whole apartment is $3400 - so it’ll be $1700/room plus utilities.
A little about me: I’m 29 and a lawyer at a nonprofit - I’ll mostly be working outside the house (or in DC). I’m originally from NYC, and taught high school history before law school. In my free time I like running, reading watching baseball, and occasionally glassblowing.
