I currently live in this duplex and am looking for a roommate to fill the bottom floor space that acts as a office/living space. It has a half bathroom in the basement and is very spacious. The living room/kitchen area is fully furnished and will stay that way. Looking for someone to re-sign on the lease with me when it expires at the end of June!
